Index of Discourses

Throughout al-Mizan, the ʿAllāmah pauses the verse-by-verse commentary to write a separate discussion: a philosophical discussion on the soul, a sociological study of women’s rights or inheritance, a historical study of the Torah and the Gospels, a scholarly discussion of the miraculous nature of the Qur’an, and many more. On this website, a note marks the place where each one stands in the commentary.

This index lists them all, sūrah by sūrah. Choose a kind or type a few words, then follow the verses to the place in the commentary.
